As a member of The Pittsburgh Downriggers Club, you will be sure to make new friends, learn many new fishing techniques, share plenty of fishing stories, enjoy the five outings at no cost which include food, beverages and awards for biggest fish at each outing, receive discounts at bait shops, discounts on boat towing memberships and many other benefits.

Each year, the club sponsors five outings for members and friends. One of these is our yearly contest. Four of the outings are at Lake Erie in Pennsylvania and one outing at Lake Ontario in New York. The club takes charter trips (head boat charters) to Chesapeake Bay in the fall and Port Clinton in the spring.

The club holds a meeting once a month which includes: Free door prizes, 50/50 drawings, Rod and reel drawings, Table drawings (members only) which grows monthly if there are no winners the table sometimes has over $1500.00 in prizes. Hot dogs and beverages are sold at low cost at each monthly meeting. Once a year, the club has a flea market for fishing and boating accessories.

To join our association, please visit our Membership section. Before joining, you are always welcome to join us at our monthly meetings where, as a non member, you can enjoy all the benefits of a current member, except the monthly table drawing. Meetings are held at the Coraopolis Sportsman's Club located at 106 Coketown Road, Coraopolis, Pennsylvania 15108.
